About Us

Jamqueen Decadent Cupcakes and Catering is the creation of Head Chef and Style Director Debbie Fitzgerald, a Leith’s (Prue Leith of Great British Menu) trained chef.

During her career, Debbie has been the Head Chef at the English Speaking Union in Mayfair and the Law Society in Chancery Lane, and was a development chef and chef consultant.

In 2008 Debbie formed Jamqueen to indulge her passion for creating delicious seasonal, locally sourced food and cakes. The company has since developed a reputation for excellence and exquisite food in the Sussex area and caters for a vast range of events, both corporate and private.

As well as providing a host of catering and cupcake services, Jamqueen are also the official caterers at the Iron Duke Hotel in Waterloo Street, Hove, and the funky boutique Pelirocco Hotel in Brighton’s Regency Square.
