Your Pole Journey Starts Here!
This class is suitable for everyone; whether you have attended classes before, or you are completely new to Pole.
Build confidence and strength at your own pace as we guide you through the fundamentals of pole. Expect to learn beautiful spins, poses, transitions and floor-work, as well as climbing, sit variations, poses up the pole and strengthening you for inverting, in Intermediate 1.
Once you are confident with beginner pole moves and are ready to try inverted moves, you are
welcome to move up to Intermediate 1. This can be discussed with your instructor.
Please Note Beginner classes have a maximum of 3 to a pole, higher level classes have a maximum of 2 people to a pole.
Classes are suitable for 16+years. You will need to complete the forms and waivers section before attending class.
All classes are 1 hour, starting with a 10-minute cardiovascular and strength based warm up and ending with a 5-minute cool down.
