Improve flexibility and increase overall mobility
This class is suitable for everyone; whether you have a good level of flexibility, or you are completely new to flexibility training.
We will work on back, shoulder and leg stretches and work towards splits. You will learn stretching techniques that will assist you in your pole journey and beyond.
Classes are suitable for 16+years. You will need to complete the forms and waivers section before attending class.
All classes are 1 hour, starting with a 10-minute warm up and ending with a 5-minute cool down.
