Intermediate 2 Pole
Your Pole Journey Takes You To New Heights
It is recommended that you should be able to cleanly invert (no jumping or swinging), layback, leg hang, sit, climb and hip hold with proper form and technique to attend this level.
In this class, your feet will rarely touch the ground, as you learn a range of flexibility and power-based moves, including harder intermediate combinations.
This class is suitable for students who have successfully completed our Intermediate classes, or for students wanting to recap previously learned moves.
Intermediate 2 classes have a maximum of 2 people to a pole.
Classes are suitable for 16+years. You will need to complete the forms and waivers section before attending class.
All classes are 1 hour, starting with a 10-minute cardiovascular and strength based warm up and ending with a 5-minute cool down.
